On 27 November 2019 the M-11 toll road, which connecting St. Petersburg and Moscow was full launched. The route has been termed “Neva with 670 kilometers of length.
Transit time between two metropolises is 5.5 hours. The M-11 “Neva” has sixteen pay points, fifteen petrol stations and six service centers.
The maximum speed for most part of the route is 110 km/h now and for the road section round about the Higher Volochek – 130 km/h. According to Russia Transport Minister Yevgeny Dietrich, max speed for the all speedway will be increased to 130 km/h by summer 2020.
The toll road entering to the Ring Motorway of two capitals (MRHW in Moscow and Saint Petersburg), which allows for exit in different part of the city.
